Obviously, I wish my ski accident and injury had never happened. It had an effect on not only me, but my entire family. I appreciated the personal care and support during my difficult time from Evan Banker and all of the staff at Chalat, Hatten & Banker. They were very helpful each time I called with a question and were always professional and courteous. I live out of state, which sometimes made communications difficult but they always worked it out. Additionally, when I called, Evan always answered my questions personally and took the time to explain the details of the case that I needed to know. He was candid and thorough when he was discussing the circumstances of my case and always ensured that I understood what to expect next. I was always kept well informed.
