COVID-19

To our clients and prospective clients:

Our hearts go out to the families who have lost loved ones to COVID-19. And to the courageous first responders, doctors and nurses whose actions we see every day on the news.
The whole nation is fighting and suffering together.

Under the current rules, orders, and common- sense safety concerns, we primarily work remotely. To the extent permitted we have begun our transition back to our office.
However, we want you to know that we are able to accommodate the needs of our current and prospective clients through virtual communication if that is your preference.

If you do visit us, please wear a mask, or let us help you with a fresh one from our stock of fresh PPE. When entering our building, please follow the safety warnings posted throughout the public areas: maintain social distancing; wash your hands, and use the available hand sanitizer—out of respect for everyone’s good health. We look forward to seeing you and sitting at a 6’ plus distance in our large conference room, and talking about your matter.

Our technology, experienced staff, and case management systems keep us fully connected and productive so that we can work remotely with our clients, prepare for hearings, and file court documents for our clients. We can share interactive forms with you in order that you can hire us remotely. You can also remain fully up to date on the progress of your case from your computer or cell phone.

We welcome new clients, referrals and second opinion inquiries. There is no charge for our initial consultation, no matter how complex the case or the level of documentation.
Call, email or send us a message using the form below.

To stay informed, go to chalatlaw.com/covid-19-resources for a new resources page with links to the various City, County, and State “stay-at-home” orders; the local and national health recommendations; and the Colorado state and federal judicial policies and closures. We think that it is more helpful have the facts—to have access to the orders and recommendations—than just to get the hype.

Sincerely,

Evan Banker
