Russell takes great pride in the opportunity to represent an injured party and is committed to obtaining full and fair compensation. Russell understands that most injured parties are “first timers”. That is, they have not previously had the need to be represented by an attorney. So, from the initial consultation until the claim is resolved, Russell provides compassionate guidance through what is often one of the most difficult periods of a client’s life. Russell strives to promptly return phone calls, emails, and text messages, even on the weekends and after normal office hours because when a client has a question, the question is always important to the client. Above all, Russell’s goal is for every client to know their case was handled with dedication and their best interests in mind.
Russell has been practicing law since 1986 and has successfully resolved, either through out-of-court settlements or jury trial verdicts, tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Russell believes that he has a duty to volunteer to contribute and give back to the community in which he lives and works. By way of example, he has been president of the Rotary Club (one of the world’s largest and oldest service organizations focusing on projects like food drives, youth mentoring, and assisting local nonprofits) where he lives. He is presently serving on the board of directors of the homeowner’s association where he lives. He contributes financially on a regular basis to the Denver Rescue Mission, an organization that provides food and shelter to Denver’s 10,000 people experiencing homelessness.
