Linda Chalat

Of Counsel

About Linda:

Linda has withdrawn as a shareholder and is now “Of Counsel.” She will continue to work on selected matters for the office. However, most of her time will be spent with her six grandchildren, on personal projects, travel, and gardening.

Linda’s contributions to the firm, the profession, and the community are beyond measure.

After graduating Columbine High School, Linda received her BChE from Colorado School of Mines. While attending the University of Denver College of Law for her JD, Linda also completed the course work at CSM for an MSc.

Linda was admitted to practice in 1991. Her background – as a scientist and engineer – was an invaluable asset to her clients. Her expertise often transcended that of expert witnesses. She held many professional accolades, including recognition by The Best Lawyers in America for her practice in products liability litigation – Plaintiffs.

Linda’s moral compass led the firm’s ethics, professionalism, and reputation for candor with opposing counsel and the Courts. As a volunteer, Linda served the Jefferson County School District. As a two term president of Congregation Beth Evergreen, Linda managed the design, architecture, planning, construction and opening of the first Synagogue in Jefferson County Colorado. Linda was active in pro bono legal work.  Notably, Linda served two consecutive terms on the Board of Trustees for the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado.
